We have Two Choices:
First Choice: Either split the company into “Functions” and within their “Sub-Functions”, search for opportunities and revamp looking at 16 components within each of them.
Often solutions may be cross function. Which is right?
Second Choice: Or split the company horizontally into “Processes” and “Sub-Processes“, search for opportunities end backwards and revamp relevant components of 16 components of each process.
Often solutions may be cross process. Which is right?
Sub-Processes are divided into activities and for each activity there are more than 100 ways carry it and at-least 10 different ways to connect with other activities.
