Let me define typical CEO- problems that we address in a jargon free language :
1. We keep losing customers inspite of a powerful strategy ?
2. Emergencies are just too many . An average of 4 emergencies per day come to my table - varying from 2 to 9 .
Can they be eliminated ? At the minimum , i expect that they should not come to me
3. We have great managers but they spend their time more in blaming each other .
4. Every week , it seems we have solved a problem - but it keeps surfacing again and again.
5. Our sales team is disgusted will all other backend functions .
6. We make a great annual operating plan , but reviews are " CIRCUS OF EXCUSES"
7. Our dream is clear , strategy to win has been shared ,but thereafter we are lost in making it to the finishing line
8. We run each morning , get tired by the evening but it seems we are moving as fast as our slowest competitor .
9. We are annulling each other's energy . We are working at cross purposes .
10 . Our young/ambitious want super growth for themselves and for the business .
Our seniors want average growth and
average increase in compensation. Both have a range of arguments .
Because of this diversity in beliefs, thoughts and therefore actions we loose the race at the beginning of
of the year itself
11. For next two years , what new weapons we must acquire and master for
raising the bar on critical parameters - like growth , revenue , profits , market share ,
customer- recall etc and deliverying performance aginst the raised bar ?
