He conducts Management Development Programs & Corporate training in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Service, Lean Six Sigma, Cost Reduction, Problem Solving & Cultural transformation.

 

His Consulting intervention focuses for enhancing global competitiveness of Manufacturing & service organizations. He has worked with FICCI Quality Forum, Jindal Stainless Limited, Consultancy Point, Jabalpur and SAIL- Rourkela.

 

He has undergone training from the Asian Productivity Organization – Tokyo on Toyota Production System, Lean Enterprise Academy - UK, Kaizen Institute - Japan, Toyota Motor Corporation - Japan and Yokohama Kenshu Center – Japan. This list also includes American Society for Quality, Quality Management International, Institute of Quality Ltd and TMI.
