CEO Agenda
Based on our extensive engagements with business leaders and CEO we understand their
agenda very well. We invest significant amount of time to understand the business
priorities and pain areas. Unless we are sure about the fulfilment of CEO agenda
we don't move ahead. A would feel our need for the following reasons:
1. Lack of customer focus or customer centricity.
Scenario : Why is my customer unhappy ? Why is my customer not getting
what he wants? Why aren't we able to make a repeat sale? Why aren't we able to retain
our customers?
2. Need to beat the competitor constantly and hence the need to do something
different even if its tactical. Ideally it should be Strategic which gives a clear
sustainable competitive advantage. But such instances are rare and very hard to
think and implement. Hence a progressive CEO is always on the lookout for that something
new to grow and improve his business.
Scenario : I want to be the market leader in 2 years time.
3. Implementation of the dream and vision
Scenario : I would like us to grow by 30% in 2 years time.
4. A CEO deals with issues day in day out and essentially the only person who
has an end to end view of issues in his company he could engage us directly to address
the Issue.
Scenario : Slow TAT from Forecast to Delivery
5. CEO understands there is an issue but not sure what it is
Scenario : We implemented a SAP system 3 months back but we are still
not able to capture the data which creates value for the end customer.
6. CEO has his personal pain points where no one in the organisation either
understands any of the 5 points mentioned above, nor is capable of.
Scenario : My last strategic objective failed because of wrong people.
What exactly do they do ? Why does everything boils down to my board room?
7. Where does my time go?
Scenario : Ahh.... I want to achieve so much and I know exactly how
but when would I be able to do it?
