We're looking for people who are driven by passion coupled with the expertise to enhance the overall performance of organization. The role will involve qualifying opportunities product and service-wise across the entire business. Identifying sources of customer profile. Creating, writing and sending mass E-mailers. Cold calling the prospect clients. Connecting and communicating with senior level and decision makers of client, to the extent of engaging them enough so that they can connect with PBO Leaders and partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end experience of being part of the sales team of PBO
  • Environment to grow and learn extensively
  • Upcoming business idea selling
  • Play a major role in analyzing business systems and practices to identify improvement opportunities
  • Understand current and proposed future business processes
  • Proactively participate in improvising solutions presented by the internal team
  • Ideate quickly and connect regularly with all stakeholders to validate direction of work
  • Work across teams to drive consensus and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of the users with the business goals
  • Ensure implementation of agreed initiatives in consonance with the internal team and approval of the external team

PBOPlus expects each prospector to do:

1. 300-500 outbound emails per month
2. 100 “quick conversations”/“call connects” per month with all kinds of people
5. 20 longer Discovery Calls with influencers/decision-makers
6. 15 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) passed to and accepted by leads and partners


About You (Essentials)

  • Any undergraduate/ Post graduate from top colleges with sales as the core subject
  • Should be young, energetic and presentable
  • 2 to 5 years experience in outbound and inbound sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation writing, and delivery skills are must
  • Driven self-starter with good organizational
  • Ability to achieve consistency by following, maintaining, and evolving implementation standards
  • Ability to present and sell your ideas, create coalition, and build support across stakeholder teams
  • Creative problem-solver who can identify problems and visualize solutions
  • Ability to work independent of team
  • Approach problems with curiosity, and excitement to learn and grow your skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office

Nice-to-haves

  • Must have experience in using CRM softwares such as Salesforce and Marketing automation softwares such as Hubspot
  • Cold calling B2B business consulting, software or automation sales would be an added advantage
  • Ability to study and understand industrial robots, equipment and heavy machinery, commercial processes till first principle level-theoretical if not practical
  • Curiosity to update yourself about the general market trends
  • Ability to deal with partner firms/vendors and establish healthy long term relationships
  • Good social media presence and influence to draw a strong trajectory for PBO while working on its prestigious team
