BPI/ERP Solutions
BPI/ERP Solutions One-stop process management software to increase process adherence and reliability
In recent times, more and more business owners are implementing ERPs into their organizational processes. These process management software allow people to automate business processes including IT, Human Resource, Finance, etc. Implementing ERPs result into process compliance thus increasing its reliability.

However, the rate at which the implementation of ERPs fail is astonishing and can be attributed to the following reasons:

  • Lack of thoroughly defined goals for the implementation of ERP
  • Constraints related to the budget for ERP implementation
  • Having unrealistic expectations from the implementation in terms of ROI
  • Lack of management alignment and commitment towards the implementation
  • Lack of appropriate testing
  • Lack of enough user training

Hence, owners should opt for the implementation of ERPs only when they are certain that the business demands so. They must be sure about the expenditure involved and the kind of ROI they can expect from the implementation. Every user involved in the project must be aligned on the purpose of ERP implementation.

Our ERPs are the Solution Your Business Needs

We have amalgamated our experience in the domain of Business Process Management Consulting with technology. Making the best use of both, we design platforms that simplify the processes and provide end-to-end visibility to the owners. Besides customizing our ERPs according to the requirements of a business, we also drive its implementation to ensure tangible results. We refer to our in house ERPs as “Business Process Interface (BPI)”.

Why do you need our ERPs?

Elimination of human errors is often considered to be a substantial contributor in building a reliable process. However, it is very challenging to govern human errors owing to the varying nature of tasks humans carry out on a day – to – day basis. Hence, it becomes equally difficult to predict failures and their outcome. However, a few symptoms can be indicative as to when a human is most likely to commit a mistake. These symptoms are discussed as follows:

The stress on the person is excessive (i.e., if he is stressed out) or inadequate (i.e., if he is bored).
The amount of information to be processed is either in excess or way too less.
The decisions are made hastily.
The existence of unusual situations (people become entrapped by their habits.)
The system is poorly defined (poor training, ability/demand disparity, poor feedback, ambiguous roles, and responsibilities).
The task of fixing errors is left for others.

Our ERPs eradicate the possibilities of any failures happening due to human errors. We are able to do so by standardizing the core business processes on an organizational level thus creating a horizontal platform for everyone to work on.

Why our ERPs are unlikely to fail?

PBOPlus believes that a project is executed completely only when the results lie in alignment with the customer demands. In view thereof, we practice a fail-proof approach in terms of ERP development and implementation discussed as follows:

Planning First
At the outset, we lay an action plan with respect to project execution and implementation. Team members are selected and resources are allotted subsequently.
Gap Analysis
We perform a gap analysis which is one of the most crucial steps in the process of ERP implementation. It is done to evaluate the As-Is situation of the organization.
Process Re-Design
We re-engineer the existing processes as the process of successful implementation is prompted by various changes and alterations. This process might require the job roles as well as the number of employees to be altered.
Training is imparted to the employees alongside the implementation process of the ERP. This is done in order to ensure that they get enough time to get used to the functionalities of the software and later run it smoothly.
In order to identify and eliminate all the errors, testing is done before the actual implementation process of the BPI.
Implementation takes place once the data conversion is done and the role of database is over. Implementation is followed by configuration and testing. The end – user is trained to use the new system.
In this step we identify the maintenance related issues post the phase of ERP implementation. We resolve and teach users how to deal with the same.
